The Home Inspectors have been in business since 1984. We are certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors, the leading authority on home inspections, with formal inspection guidelines, a professional code of ethics and ongoing training programs. Only home inspectors who have met ASHI's rigorous professional and educational requirements may call themselves a member. The Home Inspectors was one of the founding companies of the Washington State Chapter of ASHI.

We served on the Board of FHA and HUD Compliance Inspectors for Pierce and South King County. The State of Washington recently passed legislation which requires home inspectors to be licensed. Our license numbers are 404 and 559. We are also licensed Pest Control and Structural Consultants in the State of Washington and a Certified Environmental Inspector.
